Fast forward two days I get a monthly charge for two containers because service department made clerical error and didnt add our free moth as advertised. 3 hours later still no drive at witch time I reached out to drive and he advised me that he had been fired for advocating for us, I was dumbfounded! There were no communication after that then a driver shows up later that day with new containers out of blue. He then dated he would be back in a half an hour. When truck drive arrived I addressed concerns with him and he stated that he would advocate for us and get better units. When containers arrive they were both severely damaged and had duct tape covering holes and gouges and you could clearly see where water had been gettin in! Contacted customer service and they advised that they would send out two new units next day to replaced damage ones. ![]() ![]() Spoke with sales team to set up an initial schedule for payment, they advised me that I would receive first month free and that second month would be included in transit fees for second month and as long as I got my items out of storage by end of second month there would be no additional fees. My lease is up on July 6th and this company thinks its ok to leave a pod sitting there 5 days AFTER my move out date!!!!! I NEED HELP BEFORE MY POD GETS TOWED!!!! But yet Im on hold and just being passed around. At this point we have now called daily and still no resolution other than just leaving the pod there. How can a company take someones money and then treat customers this way. My stuff is now going to be cracked and ruined due to extreme heat. All of my belongings are sitting in a hot pod on a black asphalt driveway in South ******* heat. How is this company able to overbook some but not others. I keep getting passed around to people who keep saying the company is overbooked. ![]() This pod will be there a total of 3 weeks if it is left as the July 11th pickup. My HOA is threatening to have the pod towed bc its a violation for it to sit more than 7 days. We are being told that our pod has to sit there for 2 WEEKS bc of overbooking and no one to pick the pod up. We have been trying to schedule a pickup for days now & are getting the run around. We paid for the pod on the 18th of ********** pod was delivered on June 20th.
